Carlos Melconian

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and Master’s Degree in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. In 1991, he founded M&S Consultores, a firm through which he advised leading Argentine and international companies and institutions on understanding national and regional economic trends. He has also led macroeconomic and microeconomic studies and projects for both local and international organizations. Additionally, he has served as a consultant for the World Bank and various Latin American governments. He has written numerous articles on economic and financial topics for local media outlets. From December 2015 to January 2017, he served as President of Banco de la Nación Argentina. He is currently a partner at MacroView S.A. alongside Rodolfo A. Santangelo.
